Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the Consumer Code

Withdrawal Period

You have 14 calendar days from the physical receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to state your reasons or bear any costs other than the return shipping fees.

If the 14th day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended until the next working day.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal?

You can:

  2. Use the standard form below
  3. Any other clear and unambiguous declaration expressing your wish to withdraw

Effects of withdrawal

  • Full refund: we will refund all sums paid, including initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment).
  • Method of refund: using the same payment method as for the initial order, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
  • Additional costs: if you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard method, we will only refund the standard delivery cost.

Return of the product

You must return the product within 14 days of communicating your decision to withdraw. The return address will be sent to you by email after your request.

The direct return costs are your responsibility (unless the product is defective or a Hauloa error).

The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, unused beyond a brief verification trial.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Products made to your specifications or personalized (engraving, photo, name, etc.)
  • Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed products unsealed by the customer and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (open skincare, unsealed earphones, underwear, etc.)
  • Products inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
  • Sealed audio/video recordings or computer software that have been unsealed
  • Digital content supplied on an intangible medium with prior agreement
