If no amicable solution is found within 60 days, you can free of charge contact our consumer mediator:

📋 Conditions for Referral

  • You must have first attempted a written approach with Hauloa
  • Refer the matter to the mediator within 1 year from the date of the complaint
  • The dispute must not be under examination by another mediator or judge
