Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the website hauloa.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by [COMPANY NAME], hereinafter "Hauloa". Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered on the Site are lifestyle items (home decor, tech, beauty, fashion, pets). Each product has a descriptive sheet. Photographs are non-contractual. Products are sold subject to availability from our partner suppliers.

Article 4 — Price

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included (20% French VAT included for individuals residing in the EU). Delivery costs are indicated before order validation. Hauloa reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are billed at the price in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 5 — Order

The customer places an order via the online shopping cart. Payment validation constitutes firm acceptance of the order. A confirmation email is sent to the provided address. Hauloa reserves the right to refuse any order for a legitimate reason (prior dispute, suspected fraud, etc.).

Article 6 — Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments / Shop Pay / Apple Pay. Banking data never passes through Hauloa's servers. The order is processed after payment confirmation by our service provider.

Article 7 — Delivery

  • Zone: Metropolitan France, EU
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 working days from our EU warehouses (variable depending on the partner supplier)
  • Carriers: Colissimo, Mondial Relay, DHL, UPS depending on destination
  • Tracking: A tracking number is sent by email upon shipment

In case of delay exceeding 30 days, the customer may request cancellation and full refund (Art. L216-2 French Consumer Code).

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties. See the dedicated page: Right of Withdrawal.

Article 9 — Warranties

All products benefit from the legal conformity warranty (Art. L217-3 to L217-17) and the warranty against hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The customer has 2 years to enforce these warranties.

Article 11 — Data Protection

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Article 12 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site (brand, logo, photos, texts) are the exclusive property of Hauloa or its partners. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorization.

Article 13 — Disputes and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer may contact the CM2C consumer mediator (see dedicated page) or the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing an amicable solution, jurisdiction shall lie with the court of the defendant's domicile or the place of effective delivery.

Article 14 — Force Majeure

Hauloa declines all responsibility in case of non-performance due to a case of force majeure (natural disaster, strike, pandemic, supplier default, etc.).

Article 15 — Acceptance and Modifications

The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTC before validating their order. Hauloa reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.
